Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team in administrative works including but not limited policy issuance via insurer’s portal, checking and follow-up of policies
- Liaise with Insurers to obtain the most favorable coverage on client’s behalf.
- Collate documents and information relating to claims
- Handle and manage renewal business
- Ability in handling clients and communicating with underwriters
- Any other tasks assigned by HOD
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in administration positions
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- BCP, PGI, ComGI and HI certifications will be an added advantage
