- Inventory management
- Maintains budget and monitors costs.
- Able to execute the creative process for the theme of the bar’s concept menu, as well able to suggest drinks to fit the menu.
- Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
- Maintenance of the bar hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the preparation process.
- Training and guidance to bar team
- Ensure high quality beverage experience for guests
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of working experience in a bar.
- Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving of beverages a prerequisite.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team
- Working Hours: 5 day work week, shift based
- Location: Promenade
- Salary: Up to $4200
- Able to start work immediate or within short notice
