JOB DESCRIPTION:
You are responsible for all areas related to Human Resources functions in the areas of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development as well as updating and maintenance of Human Resources records. Overall responsible for payroll administration matters.
You will be required to manage and monitor the Organization daily operations relative to General Office Administration (General Office Administration covers Information Technology, Administration, Office Security, Legal and Facilities Management).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Human Resource Administration
- Foster strong partnerships with solutions to key stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders to manage talent acquisition, sourcing and interview of candidates; prepare salary proposal; from on-boarding and off-boarding process.
- Provide HR solutions and advice pertaining to people matters, by working on continuous improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs and processes, ensuring compliance to regulations and best practices
- Collaborating with departments teams to support employee training and development plan and enhance on promoting a continuous learning environment.
- Collaborating and also to support talent development and succession planning initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders
- Develop workforce planning strategies so as to identify any workforce risks and issues which may affect future demand
- Identify key issues so that to diagnosis of business and employees issue so that to improve on employee engagement and business performance.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for employee relations issues
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree in Human Resource or business equivalent.
- At least 6-8 years relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Employment Act and MOM regulations, familiar with government regulation practices in Singapore.
- People management and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with applications and Payroll system eg.Timesoft.
- Proficient in taking of minutes and presentation at respective Committees Board Meetings.
