Job Scope
- Assist the Marketing Manager and General Manager in daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning and coordination of marketing activities.
- Support in recognizing marketing trends and key opportunities.
- Carry out market research to pinpoint the needs of target customers, analyze competition, and identify trends, aiding in the development of effective marketing strategies and plans.
- Monitor the progress and results of marketing campaigns, collecting data to enhance overall performance.
- Present findings, statistics, and insights through graphic, written, or verbal presentations and reports.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of social media accounts.
- Address marketing inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
- Perform data entry and analysis.
Requirements
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Language: Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
- Good organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Meticulous attention to details and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office, digital marketing software, and social media platforms. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
