Job Description
- Manage sales inquiries (ie. from emails, phone calls), preparing quotations, and order processing for dealers
- Utilise data analysis and CRM to support dealers - this includes key data (ie. market research, pricing trends) in comparison to competitors
- Oversee and monitor dealer inventory and sales forecasts
- Consolidate key figures and data to be input in management presentations and monthly reports
The Successful Applicant
- About 2 years of B2B work experience in relevant sectors - Construction, Heavy Machinery, Automobile, Industrial Equipment, etc
- Comfortable with working closely with external stakeholders ie. Dealers - Providing frequent update on latest marketing activities, trends, sales forecasts and inventory
- Proficient in gathering key data and information before developing slides and reports - conducting presentations in front of internal stakeholders ie. Dealers, Factories, HQ
