Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Reporting / Management & Reviews
- Preparation of payments for approval
- Ensure preparation of timely and accurate management accounts
- Prepare and maintain full sets of financial reports
- Monitor and analyse monthly results/variances and perform financial review to directors
- Manage working capital effectively by preparing monthly cash flow projection
- Ensure reports are prepared in accordance to statutory requirements
- Responsible for yearly budgeting and forecasting
- Assist, prepare and monitor business plans and performance review
- Review of contract terms & conditions including company legal documents
- Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Directors
Audit and Taxation
- Responsible for all statutory audit and tax filing matters including liaising with professionals
- Draft financial statements for respective entities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations and timelines
Internal Control and Compliance
- Develop and implement internal reporting and compliance of accounting policies and procedures
- Ensure best in practice internal control environment
