Exacutive Chef
F&B Food and Bar Restaurant company is looking for an Executive Chef
Must have at least 3 years of culinary chef experience in the food business.
Must be able to good authentic North Indian/Punjabi cuisine.
Must be able to monitor the kitchen's daily operation.
1. Ordering raw materials from suppliers.
2. Maintain and control material costs.
3. Job scheduling of all the kitchen staff and helpers.
4. Ensure strong food hygeine & cleanliness of kitchen culture is maintained.
5. Ensure top-notch Quality of food.
