Job Description
- To develop, manage and guide programmes to empower the youths to expand and embark on cause-based initiatives
- To guide and mentor the growth and personal development of our members while seeking out opportunities for nEbO youths to excel in each of our 3 core key pillars
- To be the relationship beacon and identify, nurture, and build rewarding connections and collaborations with new strategic stakeholders to strengthen community involvement while elevating brand presence and fostering strong ground support for better integration and management of resources and efforts while generating potential new business opportunities and recruitment
- To keep up with trends and continuously engage in on-going market research, members’ insights, and assessment of programmes to ensure effectiveness, relevancy and viability in the context of the community’s needs, concerns and aspirations. Include facilitating and managing engagement processes, online platforms, and feedback channels to effectively bridge gaps between current and desired outcomes
- To champion the voices of the youth through working closely with teammates and youth leaders to identify key initiatives / messages
- To follow individual work timeline, progress, and operational processes to ensure compliances to SOP and alignments to strategic directions and outcomes
- To work closely with teammates to increase brand awareness through content curation
- Other duties/projects assigned by the Senior Manager & HOD
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Degree
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Possess event management, community engagement, partnership relationship management, marketing and social media qualifications and experiences will be advantageous
- Ability to work with youths and prior experience in community engagement a bonus
- Good social networking and negotiation skills
- Social media savvy with conceptual and analytical skills
- Ability to execute good judgement, work under pressure and a can-do spirit
- Ability to put ideas into action
- A team player and adaptable to changes
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines
- Proficiency in MS office
