Opportunity to join a well-established bunker trading organization as Accounting Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the Singapore Country GM and Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting function for Singapore including preparation of monthly financial statements, variance analysis, fixed register, review purchase and sales transactions, bank reconciliation, monitoring of inventory system, cashflow management, review of tax and GST returns, payments, liaising with auditors and tax agents.
You will drive the set up and implementation of finance processes and systems.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in handling the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions
- Exposure within a bunker/commodity/oil trading environment will be highly preferred
- Prior exposure in a Big 4 audit firm will be ideal but not a must
