Account Assistant Manager

Initia International Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep accurate records of the Company’s financial transactions
  • Manage full set of accounts with financial reports, profits & loss, and balance sheets for the group companies
  • Assist in managing accounting matters such as budget preparations, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable/accounts payable.
  • Participate in audit preparations by coordinating with auditors for financial statements and other finance-related documents in order to comply with accounting and tax legal requirements.
  • Support the Finance Manager in preparing for future IPO projects
  • Liaise with bankers, suppliers, and contractors if necessary

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial procedures and regulations
  • Strong work ethics with the ability to manage confidential data
