Job Scope:
1. Maintain AR/AP of accounts for the company.
2. Maintain inventory records for company.
3. Assist to prepare the management report, GST report, analysis and reconciliation, forecasts for companies assigned in according with management and the group requirement.
4. Preparing Invoices, Credit notes and Debit Notes.
5. Other administrative duties ad hoc.
Job Requirements:
1. At least a Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
2. Preferably with a2 years of relevant experience
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ABSS/MYOB.
4. Fluent in Mandarin and English
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Singaporean or SPR ONLY.
