- Ensure the team's compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards throughout the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and improve KYC onboarding procedures.
- Maintain high-quality standards in KYC operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and implementing innovative solutions as needed.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Banking / Business / Economics / Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of KYC onboarding experience in the banking industry.
- Familiarity with MAS regulations, rules, and guidelines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
