Job Responsibilities
- Maintain employee data by ensuring the accuracy of records in both HR systems and personal files.
- Safeguard the employee database by ensuring compliance, data integrity, and security.
- Ensure the issuance of accurate, clear, and effective appointment and communication letters to employees.
- Oversee the benefits program, including leave management and employee insurance.
- Efficiently manage payroll operations, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of services
- Provide Finance department with timely payroll reconciliations and relevant payment reports.
- Collaborate with the Finance department on audit and annual budgeting exercises.
- Work alongside the in-house tax manager to address taxation matters for employees posted overseas.
- Develop operational and tactical execution plans for the implementation of new policies.
- Introduce enhancements and process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Participate in HR digitization projects.
Job Requirement
- Possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Hands on experience with SAP system.
- A strong grasp of human resources policies, practices, and benefits.
- Managing multiple projects concurrently, with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
