Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales cycle, starting with cold calling and/or inquiries and continuing with presentations, quotes, closing, and post-sale customer support.
- Follow up on sales prospects and successfully complete transactions.
- Possess the ability to confidently offer suggestions and precisely compile data, facts, and information.
- Ensuring the terms of contracts and pricing you negotiate with clients are in line with the goals and profitability of the business.
- Promoting and demonstrating ICT products.
Requirements
- Preferably 2 years and above of sales experience
- Possess basic knowledge of IT are an advantage.
- At least a diploma holder and above.
- Basic Office Functions – Microsoft Office, E-Mail, Phones, Computers, and Interaction with Vendors
- Excellent customer services and possess an outgoing and motivating attitude.
