Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them to their host
- Attend to incoming calls and visitors in a professional manner
- Take and deliver timely messages to intended recipients
- Handle incoming, outgoing, local and international, mails and courier consignments
- Arrange for courier services and mails
- Handle all correspondences with a high degree of independence, judgement and discretion
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Admin & Facilities Department
- Perform general administrative duties including monitoring & replenish office inventories
- Liaise with facilities management & vendors
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Requirement
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- NITEC/N levels/‘O’ level/ Diploma in any fields
- Ability to work in fast pace environment, meticulous and strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effectively bilingual, need to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
- Matured and with positive working attitude
- Good computer knowledge
