Responsibilities
- Provide overall HR administration support to the HR team
- Responsible for work pass application, renewal and cancellation for foreigner employees
- In-charge of end-to-end employment cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding processes
- Processing of staff claims and statutory claims and submit for approval
- Checking of payroll data and entries and prepare reports for payroll vendor to process
- Working with respective vendors on tax and payroll activities
- Maintain and update employee record in HRIS system
- In-charge of HR system implementation/ enhancement and project management
- Responsible for employee engagement function by organizing company events and activities
- Provide overall HR administration support to the team
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Management or equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables) will highly preferred
- Able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
