Roles & Responsibilities
If you are interested in Sushi and like being part of a team, this job could be ideal for you. As a Outlet In-charge:
- Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene of the outlet.
- Proper use of the POS system.
- Support team members in the completion of their duties and communicate with the kitchen team when necessary.
- Adhere to all company service standards and protocols.
- Perform inventory, stocking and preparing service-related items.
- Involve in preparation of food according to the orders.
- Involve in preparation of ingredients and cutting of fish.
Requirements:
- Energy and enthusiasm.
- A flexible approach to work.
- The ability to carry out tasks quickly and competently.
- A strong interest in Sushi.
- The ability to follow instructions.
- Good spoken communication skills.
- The ability to use your initiative and work in a team.
Others:
- Job Type: Full time.
- Working Day: 6 working days.
- Working Hour: 9 hours/ day (10AM TO 8PM) with 1hr break.
- Salary: S$2,600 to S$2,800.
- Additional variable bonus based on staff and company performance.
- Annual leave, Insurance, Medical, staff meal provided.
- Any OT: YES.
