Job Summary:
Logistics company is looking for a Finance Officer / Executive to assist with various financial functions of the company. Candidates will be expected to have experience in AR, AP and Reconciliation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with various financial accounting records such as AR and AP, and reconciliation (Posting, verification, payment, filling)
- Ensuring timely AR/AP financial recording for month end. (Provide status inputs eg., actions taken, timelines etc.)
- Any other general office administration
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma (Business / Finance related)
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in handling financial and accounting records
- Fluent in Chinese to liaise with foreign stakeholders and counterparts
- Working location: Changi, Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am-6.18pm (Working hours can be adjusted accordingly)
