We are looking to hire a professional digital content creator/videographer with experience in shooting videos for branding, promotional and marketing purposes.
You will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, shooting, editing, and delivering both videos and photos that are engaging, to support Hatchery's marketing and promotional efforts. The position requires the candidate to be innovative in creating and producing visual content, and to have the technical knowledge and aptitude to work with digital video and photography equipments and all related software.
You should be a passionate and compelling storyteller, communicated via the animations/videos and photos you produce.
Types of videography/photography ranges from talking head/headshots, testimonials, executive interviews, commercial and residential properties marketing, among others. These should be visually captivating, and engaging, working within the parameters of Hatchery's clientele branding guidelines. Videos will be used in various media including emails, websites, blogs, and social media sites.
Web/software knowledge and competency is needed to facilitate posting the videos to various digital channels, which the successful candidate will work closely with the social media and digital marketing teams.
Looking for an individual that thrives working independently in a matrix-reporting environment, yet also a team player, and has a strong ability/willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Create video and photo content for Hatchery's clientele
- Collaborate and work with different business lines/stakeholders to produce relevant content (videography and photography) for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Based on briefs given by producers, to be able to creatively conceptualise, plan, design and execute (including simple styling) photography/videography shoots – including producing storyboards, to all needed post-production editing works, including digital artwork management.
- Deliver all completed animations/videos and photos projects on time
- Be always updated on the various shooting styles and latest trends that are relevant to current markets, as well as on digital software competency.
- Perform other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in being a photographer and videographer (including filming, editing).
- Have a passion for creative storytelling through different mediums.
- Possess creative flair in digital content creation such as product/building/space videography/photography, lifestyle photography, graphics, motion graphics and videography
- Positive self-starter with a constant desire to explore new ways in delivering results and to engage with our stakeholders
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud –including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Animate, and Audition).
- Additional proficiency in graphics design software (Illustrator and InDesign) will be a major plus
- Possess an excellent command of English
- Strong creative sense with an eye for aesthetic standards, meticulous yet adventurous, high personal standard.
- Must be able to prioritize, to multi-task and to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Preferably someone who is passionate about video editing.
- Preferably someone who is available immediately / at short notice.
