Job Description:
· Handle partial accounts and finance functions in accordance to statutory requirements, company policies and procedures
· Prepare monthly journals, management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations
· Run day-to-day operations related to accounts payable and/or receivable
· Responsible for monthly and year-end closing
· Prepare GL journal entries and bank reconciliation
· Manage day-to-day accounts payable & receivable functions
· Prepare management reports
· Prepare monthly payroll preparation, submission of CPF and yearly IR8A( training will be provided if no expenrience in HR)
· Handle petty cash reimbursements & expenses claim
Assist in any other work as may be assigned.

Job requirement:
· Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
· Able to work independently in meeting deadlines, meticulous and a good team player
· Preferably able to start work immediately
