- Welcoming and registering patients.
- Managing appointments and phone inquiries.
- Assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
- Handling administrative tasks and paperwork.
- Verifying insurance information and processing claims.
- Maintaining patient records and confidentiality.
- Providing general support to healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
- Helping patients with inquiries and immediate needs.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team for smooth operations.
Job Requirement:
- Ability to communicate with patient
- Literate in using computer for general administrative task
