We are looking for Business Analyst to join a fast growing FinTech company in Singapore!

Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Develop project plan and monitor progress
- Participate and contribute in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training & Implementation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks
- Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- At least 3 years of working experience as Business Analyst in IT/FinTech industry
- Specific industry required: Trading related, regardless of stock, crypto, forex, futures, perpetual trading.
- Experience in Agile methodology (scrum) and sprint planning
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders/users
- Strong documentation, decision making, clear communication and product research and knowledge exploration.
