We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an F&B Secretary
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day to day operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of organization
- Manage and coordinates schedules, appointments and meetings for F&B executives
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other documentations
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Filing of documents
- Undertake any other secretarial or administrative tasks as required
Key Job Requirements:
- Entry level applicants are welcome
- Prior F&B experience will be a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboriatively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
