F&B Secretary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an F&B Secretary


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of organization
  • Manage and coordinates schedules, appointments and meetings for F&B executives
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other documentations
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Filing of documents
  • Undertake any other secretarial or administrative tasks as required

Key Job Requirements:

  • Entry level applicants are welcome
  • Prior F&B experience will be a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboriatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
