We are looking for Business Analyst to join one of the Government Agency!

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business teams to elicit business needs and develop the appropriate business case
- Assess current state, analyse stated requirements of stakeholders and accurately defines business need within specified scope
- Work with project teams to develop requirements such as user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria
- Evaluate and recommend suitable technology, including sourcing and evaluating alternatives, and recommending solution that best fits stakeholders' needs.
- Manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope
- Plan and project manage the implementation and maintenance of various systems/initiatives
- Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and adoption and operation
- Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems (Operations & Maintenance phase)
- Plan and implement operation processes and procedures to manage the day to day operation of the system to meet the business operation objectives on systems availability
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience as functional business analyst, preferably with cloud migration project experience
- Participated in full software or product development cycles (SDLC) in Agile methodology
- Experience in manage vendors for maintenance projects, gather user requirements
- Experience in one of the following: Agile, Design Thinking, Cloud, Data Analytics
