JOB SUMMARY
K.Star is a family Karaoke, we’re looking for full-time service crew who can work during our operation hours. We have day shift & night shift:
Day shift: 2pm to 11pm
Night shift: 7pm to 3am (transport allowance is provided)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
As a Service Crew, you will work with your Team Members to deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations:
- Ensure that guests received attention at all times
- Prepare and clean the room and ensure rooms are ready to accept customer
- Building and maintaining good rapport with the guest
- Must be customer service oriented & respond to customer request
- Ushering customer to the respective room & explaining our room packages
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of KTV and keeping the environment tidy at all times
- Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Able to communicate in English/Mandarin
- Minimum Secondary level education
- Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented
- Cheerful, independent and self-motivated
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
