- Partner with managers, offering HR advice for positive employee morale and mutual business success.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, utilizing in-house sourcing, and provide market insights to hiring managers.
- Oversee campus recruitment and enhance employer branding.
- Contribute to the annual Learning & Development Plan, ensuring effective training implementation.
- Support employee engagement through organizing HR and recreational events, and address employee relations matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or other related courses.
- Proficient in MS Office.
