Job Responsibility
- Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
- Ensure daily checklists are properly documented and carry out mass toolbox meeting
- Coordination with relevant site in-charge on improving the worksite safety and cleanliness.
- Lead safety committee in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MOM Regulations
- Ensure supervisors and workers are following safe work procedures compliance.
- Accountable for investigation, analysing and determining the cause of accidents or negligence, if any during work process.
- Prepare the Safety Method of Statement (MOS) for company-related scope of work
- Handling risk assessments to gather information on safety issue, safe work procedures and update risk register.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment at plants are in good working conditions.
- Other related duties, as assigned.
