Summary:
- Provide Onboarding support for the middleware platform and ensure that all systems function without issue
- Responsible for engaging with all application teams to understand their integration needs and provide integration solutions for them
- Must be able to size software, hardware requirements and also debug issues encountered during D2P process.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Scala or similar language. Good working experience with Unix systems
- Solid understanding of data mining algorithms and anomaly detection techniques
- Good experience in debugging integration issues
- Familiarity with Cassandra , Kafka is desired
- Core Relation Database concepts, Oracle SQL PLSQL
- Experience with Splunk Query languages is a plus
- Experience in supporting and deploying applications in cloud is desired
- Must have good oral/written communication and interpersonal and people skill
Description
- Support onboarding new customers to provide integration solutions
- Responsible for Incident and Problem management in integration area
- Responsible for the full system lifecycle including configuration deployment in user acceptance test and production environments
- Develop automation solutions for improving the efficiency of onboarding
- customers to the middleware platform
- Support all the DR events of application teams
- Help in the journey of cloud transformation for the application. Improve the reliability of the system by coordinating with Development team and raising appropriate Change requests
- Utilize utilities to support application functionality in the space of onboarding
Education and Experience
BS degree in computer science or equivalent field with a minimum of 4+years IT
experience
