Our client is from Manufacturing Industry. They are looking for a Service Engineer to assist their Engineer team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West– easily accessible. The Service Engineer is responsible for:
Duties
- Delivering pre- and post-sales support to customers in alignment with departmental objectives.
- Coordinating the tasks of service engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient handling of service calls and issue resolution.
- Methodically troubleshooting and promptly repairing equipment.
- Providing recommendations to customers on appropriate usage, maintenance, and corrective actions.
- Planning and executing preventive maintenance for contracted customers.
- Assisting with Projects and A&A works as directed by management.
- Ensuring the accurate organization of service, warranty records, and installation data.
- Training and guiding assistant service engineers and technicians on technical matters.
- Serving as the main point of contact for management updates on issue resolution and team coordination activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in related industry
- Project Management, Product Knowledge Skills & exposed to AutoCad or relevant drawing applications
