Key Duties and Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
· Sales of Curtains and Blinds to contractors and sub-contractors
· Development of customer network and maintaining cordial relationship with key customers
· Preparation of tender documents, submission of quotations and attending tender interviews
· Project, quotation tracking and close monitoring of tender results
· Sales forecast report
· Ability to achieve sales target with gross margin set by the Management
· Identify and create list of potential customers while maintaining sales database
· Ability to provide technical service support to architects, interior designers, main contractor and developers
· To achieve KPI and attendance of weekly sales meeting
Requirements:
· Diploma in Building, Architecture or Sales & Marketing preferred
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in building construction industry
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Ability to work independently and work as part of a team
· Possess good communications and coordination skills
· Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
