  • Position : HR Assistant (Recruitment / Benefits/ Admin / Corporate Events/ Training) -West
  • Location : Choa Chu Kang West Region -Jalan Lekar (Bus in front of the Building)
  • Working hours : 5 days / Monday – Friday: 830am to 530pm
  • Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $3200 Basic + 14 days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Landscape Products and Services



Main Responsibilities:

  • Workers Accommodation Management: Assist in looking for accommodation when required, negotiating terms with vendors/agent, liaising with Operation on movement of workers, checking and ensuring the upkeep of unit meets the requirement.
  • Workers Medical: liaise with healthcare provider on staff medical checkup and billing issues.
  • Recruitment: Implement effecting sourcing, screening process of candidates, and coordinate with respective Managers to carry out Interview process.
  • New Hires: Plan and conduct onboarding activities for new staff. Create new P Files for all new hires and update all documents under ASANA proper filling system.
  • HR Files Housekeeping: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR files and records.
  • Training: Plan and coordinate between departments on In-House Training Material. Executive In-House training and refresher courses. Update proper records for Training Courses and Programs including Training Grant Application
  • Conflict Management: Assist as required with employee counselling, conflict resolution issues, and incident reporting.
  • Event Management: including major corporate events i.e. Corporate Training, Annual Celebration Event.



Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience with HR and office administration experience
  • Knowledge of Employment laws and government legislation
  • Team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
