Job Description
- Technical Support to regional Service Team for escalated service cases of Yokogawa products and Analyzer systems.
- Communicate with Global Response Center and other stakeholders for escalated cases and solutions.
- Online technical support and customer visits across YEA Region for unresolved cases
- Develop technical documents for Service Team’s competency development
- Support Service business development activities
Below duties in view of ISMS requirements:
- Maintain confidentiality of the Information received, either in writing or verbally, whether technical, business, legal, organizational, personal or any other information that could result in damage to Yokogawa in case of disclosure to unauthorized persons, regardless of whether the information is classified as confidential or not.
- Take all reasonable, necessary, and appropriate steps to safeguard confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Yokogawa’s assets and information.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 5 yrs experience in Service Portfolio – Commissioning, Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, Repair of Process Instrumentation (Engineer with less experience can be considered if ready to accept challenges, learn and deliver)
- Experience in Petro Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power, Paper & Pulp, Water, Food, Pharma Industries etc.
- Fundamental knowledge in Field Instrumentation, Liquid and Gas Analyzer
- Good written and verbal communication skills and analytical thinking
- Proactive, self learner
