Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
2. Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
3. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
4. Performing equipment material and routine site inspections.
5. Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors managers and staff
6. Working closely with architects and other professionals
7. Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction
8. Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Science
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Immediate response to customers.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially in software.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities.
- Administrative writing and reporting skills
- The ability to work under pressure.
