Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and test various issues in ERP and CRM products.
- Handle basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and routine tasks in ERP and CRM.
- Design, integrate, implement, modify, and coordinate the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Communicate with key departments to ensure application functionality meets evolving business needs.
- Improve IT policies and create best practice guides for the organization.
- Safeguard assets, information security, and control structures.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions, designing IT training programs and workshops for staff.
- Liaise with the U.S.-based Headquarters IT team to maintain common platforms and processes. Collaborate with the US development team to identify opportunities for system enhancements and customization aligned with business requirements.
- Provide support and assistance to end-users with any CRM inquiries or issues; extract and analyze reports to aid the decision-making process.
- Set up IT onboarding for new hires and IT exit clearance for resigned staff.
- Collaborate with third-party support partners to implement/update IT solutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Active Directory administration, network administration, VMware administration, and Veeam backup administration.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems, including phone systems.
- Experience working in CRM and ERP systems is required, with experience in the rollout and support of Salesforce CRM and ERP systems being desirable. Knowledge of Supply Chain, including order entry, purchase, and inventory management with the ERP Epicor system.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and query skills are desirable.
