Job Responsibilities:
● Process e-commerce orders (embroidery machinery training will be provided). Includes packing & fulfillment of orders
● Manage end-to-end fulfillment of online orders, including packing, sending shipping updates, scheduling deliveries
● Tally physical inventory and do ad-hoc stock taking
● Customer service for ad-hoc customer requests
Job Requirements:
● Any experience with order fulfillment or e-commerce will be a bonus
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task independently
● Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
● Saturday working essential (can also do an additional week day if looking for 2 days work)
● In person role in our office (Lower Delta Road)
