Job Description
- Handle Recruitment including posting of jobs and arrange interview
- Assist in monthly payroll, including processing of reimbursements, CPF and claims.
- Compile all OT calculations and monthly variable bonus calculations.
- Attendance checking for all outlets employee
- Administer pay-related leave matters and insurance claims & business grants.
- Medical claim tracking and reimbursement
- Administer all relevant paperwork for employees including employment contracts, onboarding forms, uniform deposits and entry of information into HR system.
- Prepare employment contract, promotion letter, termination letter, disciplinary action letter etc
- Issue uniform and name badge to new hire staff
- Prepare daily simple mintue/weekly mintue
- Any other ad-hoc duties required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working as HR preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ready to step of their comfort zone to take on new challenges and grow with the company
- Singaporean only
