Our client in the Automotive Industry looking for WARRANTY SUPERVISOR to join them.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferrably in the Automotive Industry.
- Demonstrate good supervisory skills.
- Ability to ensure all warranty claims are submitted in accordance to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and procedures.
- Able to maintain warranty and credit database.
- Ensure all warranty claims are properly documented and filed.
- Follow up on any upstanding warranty issues with the manufacturer.
- Supervise warranty administrator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
