- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Construction.
- Experience with Project Management, Safety and Health Management, and Risk Management Manager
- Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in Interior Renovation Works
- Abe to work independently, and manage a team of workers.
- Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
- Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
- Must be hands-on, daily inspect the site works, and ensure projects completion on time
- Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
- Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
- Supervision of Subcontractors's work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.
