Job Description:
- Coordination with internal and external parties (customers, vendors, and freight forwarding companies)
- Arrangement of daily shipment.
- Preparation of full set of shipping documents for export and import
- Management of Customer and supplier for order follow up, delivery etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain management or Material Management or related field of study from a recognised institution
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in supply chain / shipment coordination from a manufacturing sector preferred
- Good self-discipline, positive working attitude, good team player
- Proficiency in Computer literacy
- A team player who is self-disciplined, good leadership qualities, resourceful and problem solver
