The Trend Cafe Bistro is an investment theme community cafe that serves cafe food such as coffee/sourdough pizza/sandwiches/toast and sweets, mainly home baked/freshly baked, to maintain high quality and taste. We are looking for fun loving, friendly team players to join us.
RolesOperations: Deliver professional cleanliness, effectivess and efficiencies in the cafe
Food & Beverage: Prepare and serve food and beverages at the highest standard, taste and presentation
Customer: Ensure customers have good experience and comfort with environment, waiting time and food/beverage satisfactions
Result: Work with Bistro Manager in driving to achieve and/or exceed sales revenues within given resources
Responsibilities:
- Attendance and punctuality to work is not missed
- Bistro is opened and closed according to the stipulated opening hours
- Prepare food and beverages according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Check with Bistro Manger for the stipulated SOP
- Bistro kitchen, pantry, toilet, shop floor, tables, chairs, whiteboards and verandah space are kept clean, dry, neat and tidy at all times
- Floor swept and mopped, garbage discarded at designated place every night before Bistro closes
- Kitchen and serving utencils are regularly washed cleanly and timely to provide sufficient supply for use
- Inventories are kept fresh and clean for use to provide the highest quality of food and beverage to customers
- Food and beverage is served using the right and designated serving utensils to customers
- Food and beverage is served completely to each table within 20 mins from time or order
- No major customer complaints received
- Work with Bistro Management and Team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Night shift till 1030pm close or some nights
- Barista and/or cooking experience is an advantage
- English or Chinese is required
