Our Client is a leader in the Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Regional HR Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West, easily accessible.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for full Spectrum of HR and Admin duties such as Recruitment, L&D, on-off boarding, compensation, payroll outsourcing (SEA) and reporting (HR reports and Cost) and other HR matters in local and SEA market
- Collaborate with management to execute company direction with HR activities, HR policies, engagement and other programs
- Responsible for general affairs and office managements
- Work and support regional (SEA) HR manager on strategic HR activities and initiatives, such as Culture, Labour, Hiring, Growth, L&D and Talent Management.
- Responsible for regional HR tactical matters in the Core Areas of Excellence.
- Support regional manager with Analytics Processes, work flow management and maintain electronic or physical documentations
- Any ad-hoc duty as given
Requirement:
- Min Degree in HR or relevant field
- Min 5 years of full spectrum and HR operation experience with at least 2 years regional experience.
- Experience with Workday, BIPO will be added advantage.
