Job Responsibilities:
Application Remediation -
1. Monitor the health/performance of applications to identify and address potential issues.
2. Conduct regular system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality.
3. Provide prompt and effective support to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
4. Collaborate with users to understand and document their needs, ensuring a positive user experience.
5. Investigate and diagnose software issues, working closely with development teams to resolve complex technical problems.
6. Document and communicate solutions to recurring problems to minimize future occurrences.
7. Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations and support processes.
8. Create user guides and knowledge base articles to empower users to resolve common issues independently.
9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
10. Participate in the testing and deployment of new software releases.
Job Requirements:
- Application Support, Troubleshooting and Patching
- Degree or Diploma in IT/Computing with experience in managing applications and products to ensure day to day operations.
