- Position Title: Machine Engineer (Automation)
- Working Location: Bedok (Company pick-up provided at Bedok MRT)
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:15 am – 5:15 pm)
- Salary: Basic up to $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Automation Engineers to develop and enhance machine vision systems.
- Develop software using vision system libraries and integrate with industrial vision cameras.
- Implement improvements in existing vision applications.
- Perform conceptual design work related to electrical and electronic components.
- Analyze, define, design, construct, test, install, modify, and maintain automated machines, with a strong focus on software development.
- Build tools for automated inspection across a range of products.
- Utilize Halcon vision library to develop desktop applications for PC-based vision systems.
- Apply C# programming with WPF and MVVM concepts to create PC-based vision system applications.
- Employ image processing techniques and Halcon C# coding for PC-based vision development.
- Install and integrate relevant vision software files.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in automation
- Experience in Industrial Vision system, tools and technique.
- Strong fundamental knowledge and practical experience in developing desktop applications using the Halcon vision library.
- Excellent expertise in C# programming, with a focus on WPF and MVVM concepts for PC-based vision system applications.
- Sound knowledge of image processing techniques and Halcon C# coding.
