Issuing and Receiving parts to and from vendors
- Check stock accuracy received from Production
- Liaise with buyer for Purchase order for parts to be issue to Vendors
- Contact Vendors for parts collection.
- Perform system transaction in ITS and SAP
- Receive parts from vendors
- Check stock accuracy received.
- Perform system transactions in ITS and SAP
-Perform Good receiving for indirect purchases in SAP.
-Check stock accuracy received from suppliers
-Coordinate with requestor on the collection
Packing and shipment
-Perform packing for Finished good delivery
-Paste carton labels and palletization
-Cargo loading and unloading
-Assist to issue and collection parts to/from 15KT Factory and 48KT factory
-Assist on raw materials issuing and receiving.
-Assist on delivery to customers.
-Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
-Ensure parts are always kept properly and store in good housekeeping.
-Ensure all other equipment are kept properly after used.
