Responsibilities
- Interprets specification requirement and works on cable routing using CABSYS and model in Plant Design Management System (PDMS)
- Oversees equipment layout in 3D modelling on electrical equipment and all routing in 3D
- Works on 2D drawings in AutoCAD (Single Line Diagrams, Lighting & Small Power Layout, Wiring & Interconnection Diagrams)
- Participates in Plant Design Management System (PDMS) model review to assist engineers to carry out operations
- Assists engineering in preparing Material Take-Off (MTO) process, cable schedule, Load list & Master Documents Register (MDR)
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or related engineering disciplines
- Min 5-10 years of experience in offshore oil and gas platform and/or Offshore Living Quarter experience
- Able to handle pressure and work under tight schedule.
- Possess knowledge in contractual documentations.
- Knowledge in 3D modelling for electrical equipment and installations
