There is currently an open position for an IT Helpdesk Analyst.
- The purpose is to handle emails, phone calls and provide remote assistance: IT helpdesk first-level support. To provide technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a must.
- Call Center experience is advantageous
- Basic experience with IT troubleshooting
- Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
- Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365
- Familiar with Ticketing System (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Experienced in using Active Directory (Azure, Microsoft)
- Strong communication skills and detailed work
- Proficient Customer Service
- Proficient email and verbal communication
- Qualification: Nitec or equivalent
- Experience: Min 2 years related experience.
- Able to provide technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a must.
