Job Description

  • Oversees to support customer service and operation team by receiving and processing jobs.
  • Support the monitoring of lapse in delivery of logistics service to customers.
  • Implement appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on customer management knowledge.
  • Responsible for maintaining effective communication between clients and the logistics team.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipment status, delivery schedules and other logistic-related queries.
  • Process customer orders,ensuring accuracy of jobs and timely fulfillments to clients.
  • Understand customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.
  • Able to develop problem solving skills to resolve customer relationship management conflicts.
  • Identify areas for process improvement in customer service and suggest enhancements.

Job Requirements/Skills

  • Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics/ Business or any other related field is welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft skills and customer service software such as ERP.
  • Able to multi task and work in fast paced.
