Job Description
- Oversees to support customer service and operation team by receiving and processing jobs.
- Support the monitoring of lapse in delivery of logistics service to customers.
- Implement appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on customer management knowledge.
- Responsible for maintaining effective communication between clients and the logistics team.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipment status, delivery schedules and other logistic-related queries.
- Process customer orders,ensuring accuracy of jobs and timely fulfillments to clients.
- Understand customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.
- Able to develop problem solving skills to resolve customer relationship management conflicts.
- Identify areas for process improvement in customer service and suggest enhancements.
Job Requirements/Skills
- Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics/ Business or any other related field is welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
- Proficient in Microsoft skills and customer service software such as ERP.
- Able to multi task and work in fast paced.
