Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for strategizing, coordinating, and overseeing the logistics of local deliveries.
- Oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain positive relationships with transporters and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to local regulations governing the transportation of Dangerous Goods.
- Identify potential avenues for cost savings in Customer Delivery and propose enhancements to service levels.
- Main point of contact to address and resolve customer complaints.
- Regularly compile and submit comprehensive transport-related KPI reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Thoroughly validate the accuracy of invoices received from transporters. Address any additional ad hoc requests as delegated by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics operations.
- Proficient in using Pivot Table & Vlookup
- Ability to work in fast face environment.
