Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate tubing manufacturing processes to meet production schedules and customer demands.
- Monitor production efficiency, yield, and quality to optimize manufacturing operations.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and best practices to drive process improvements.
- Products meet or exceed quality standards through rigorous quality control measures.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure consistent product quality.
- Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to achieve production targets.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure the availability and proper functioning of machinery.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse workforce to work cohesively toward common goals.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new technologies and innovations to the tubing manufacturing process.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished products.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize carrying costs and avoid stockouts.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries and orders.
- Foster a customer-centric approach to meet customer requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory operations management, with a strong focus on plastics manufacturing and assembly
