Job Description
- Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations managing and maintaining daily site operations to ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
- Manage and liaise with contractors for repairs of facility and equipment
- Conduct regular daily checks and inspections on grounds to ensure effective management of the facility, common areas
- Monitor service contractors and sub-contractors working on site
- Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to the prescribed checklist and schedule
- Source for quotations and recommend to award maintenance work to the competent service provider
- Ensure full compliance under the building statutory requirements
- Prepare monthly reports
- Process & co-ordinate tenancy fit out/additions & alterations/reinstatement work
- Upkeep and maintain fitting out manual and building records
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Real Estate/ Facilities Management /Building Services /Engineering or relevant working experience
- 2 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate would be added advantage
- Able to start work immediately or with a short notice period
